New Player Registration via PlayHQ

Once your online enquiry has been responded to by our Committee, you may be asked to join our club / register online via the PlayHQ website:

Online Registration

If you do not already have an account with PlayHQ, you will be prompted to create one during the registration process. It is recommended that the email address you use to register is your own personal email address. A confirmation email will be sent to that email address. It is not recommended to use a corporate email address to register, as any number of things can go wrong when doing so – corporate spam filters are generally much more stringent, and changing jobs could leave your account inaccessible (eg. password recovery would go to your old email address).

Registration Fees

The fee structure for Summer 2022 will include entry to all venues, training and game day costs. There is no ongoing costs or uniform fees. There may be a separate fee for Basketball Victoria registration which is valid for 12 months whereas the St Raphaels Club fee is for the current season. The St Raphaels fee for Summer 2022/23 is $240.00 per child and is included and payable as part of the Online Registration process via PlayHQ. Payment can be made via credit card or direct bank credit
